We are excited to announce FES’ new strategic plan!
We’ve been working hard to do some deep reflection, thinking, and strategizing to understand FES’ position, opportunity for impact, and ambition.
Based on what we heard and learned across our stakeholder network, board, team, and youth friends we are thrilled to share our 3 strategic priorities that will take us to 2030:
💸 Finance: Deploy $20M for youth-led climate action
👋 Engage: Build power and community for youth climate action
🌱 Sustain: Increase resilience and reduce burnout across youth climate action
